摘要
介绍了低温甲醇洗净化工艺的技术特点和近期技术进展;从能耗、设备、工艺等方面将该工艺与栲胶脱硫+苯菲尔脱碳、NHD工艺技术进行了对比;通过应用实例,总结了在酸性气体净化装置中低温甲醇洗净化工艺的生产应用效果。
Author has introduced the technical features and the present technical progress of purification process of low temperature methanol washing; the comparison has been made for this process with the process technologies of tannin extract de-sulfur adding Benfield de-sulfur and NHD process technology from aspects of energy consume, equipment, process etc. ; through the applicable actual examples, the production application effect was summarized for the low temperature methanol purification process in the purification device of the acid gas.
