摘要
采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，以ＨＰＬＣ外标法测定１％ＶＢ１２干粉含量。线性范围为１０～２００μｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９９），平均回收率为９９．９０％，ＲＳＤ为０．３３％。与ＵＶ法、微生物比浊法比较，方法简便、快速、灵敏度和重现性好。
VB 12 was determined using HPLC on a column of Nucleosil C 18 7 μm with a mobile phase of methanol 1.0%w/v Na 2HPO 4 (285∶715, pH3.5) at 361 nm wavelength. The calibration curve was linear ( r =0.9999) within the range of 10￣200 μg/ml. The reco very of VB 12 was 99.88% and RSD was 0.33%. This method is more accurate, sensitive and rapid.
