摘要
目的:优选并确立芍甘胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷、甘草酸铵及浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取过程中的水用量(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)3个因素进行优选研究。结果:影响芍甘胶囊提取工艺的主要因素是提取次数和水的用量,最佳工艺为A_2B_2C_2或A_2B_1C_3,即8倍量的水,沸腾回流提取2次,每次1.5h或沸腾回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:本实验设计合理、测定方法可行,实验结果可靠。
Objective: To optimize and establish the extraction technology of Shaogan Capsules. Method: The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the three factors including volume of water( A), time of extraction(B) and times of extraction(C) on extracts yield and the content of Paeoniflorin and Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate from paeony root and liquorice. Result: Times of extraction and volume of water had significant effects on efficiency of extraction from paeony root and liquorice. The optimum extraction technology was A2 B2 C2 or A2 B1 C3 , that was , the volume of water was 8 times the weight of sample, times of extraction and time of extraction were 2 times and 1.5 h or 3 times and 1 h, respectively. Conclusion: The test with reasonable designed, credible results is easily operated, which can offer credible theories for the batch extraction of effective substances from paeony root and liquorice.
