摘要
目的：观察总结赛乐特治疗慢性前列腺炎合并早泄的效果。方法：71例早泄患者均在治疗慢性前列腺炎20天后，晚餐时口服赛乐特20mg，记录用药前后射精潜伏期和夫妻双方性生活满意情况，以观察疗效。结果：71例患者用药2—4疗程后，63例射精潜伏期明显延长，48对夫妻性生活满意，15对夫妻对性生活基本满意，6对夫妻对性生活不满意。结论：口服赛乐特是治疗慢性前列腺炎合并早泄的有效药物。
Objectives： To analyse the effect of seroxat on chronic prostatitis accompany premature ejaculation. Methods： Following twenty day＇ s treatment on chronic prostatitis seventy - one patients, oral 20mg seroxat after supper. Record everyone ＇ s incubation period of ejaculation in front and behind seroxat and satisfied degrees of marriage life. The manifestation of effect were contrasted. Results ： In seventy - one cases after 2 - 4 course of treatment, there ware 63 patient with tangible result of incubation period long of ejaculation, in which there were 48 couples with satisfied sexual ineorcourse and 6 couples with disontented. Conclusion： Seroxat is an effective drug satisfied on chronic prostatitis accompany premature ejaculation.
