摘要
解放思想是我们党的思想路线, 在全面建设小康社会和社会主义现代化建设的历史进程中, 推进改革开放必须坚持解放思想, 促进科学发展也必须坚持解放思想, 解放思想是我们党清除改革开放和科学发展进程中的思想桎梏和体制性障碍的重要武器, 是我们党不断开创事业新局面的重要法宝。
Emancipating the mind is our Party's key ideological line. We must hold to it in the course of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and socialist modernization. Enhancing scientific development also demands sticking to emancipating the mind. Emancipating the mind is the important means for the Party to get rid of the systematic hindrance in the course of reform and opening up and scientific development as well as a magic instrument for the Party to initiate a new prospect.
