摘要
文章从分析知识管理入手,对知识共享进行博弈分析,并设计相应的知识贡献激励函数,以促进员工的知识共享行为。
Firstly the author analyzed the knowledge management, and then analyzed the knowledge shared from the view of the game theory. At last, the author designed the relevant function of knowledge contribution motivation, using it to accelerate the behavior of knowledge shared of the employee.
