摘要
目的:测定不同厂家生产的复方岩白菜素含量及溶出速度。方法:用分光光度法和转蓝法。结果:复方岩白菜素的含量分别为:83.98%、72.96%、78.93%、79.03%;30min时的溶出百分率分别为:74.3%、79.77%、73.35%、3.07%。结论:四种片剂含量偏低,普通片溶出度相近,缓释片溶出度相对较小。
Objective： To Determine the content and dissolution rate of compound Bergenini from different manufacturers. Methods： The rotated basket and UV-Vis were used. Results ： The contents of compound Bergenini are as follows ：83.98%, 72.96%, 78.93%, and 79.03%; dissolution percentage at the point of 30min is 74.3%, 79.77%, 73.35% and 3.07%. Conclusion： The contents of these four tablets are slightly low, the dissolution of ordinary tablets is similar, and the dissolution of extended matrix tablets is relatively low.
