摘要
苏里格气田低渗、低产、低效气井压力下降快,产量递减幅度大,稳产阶段短,恢复程度低,为保证进入流程,在生产经过一段时间后便改为间歇生产。然而在间歇生产时,凭经验或者采用在高产井生产中应用较为广泛的采气指示曲线法、系统分析曲线法、数值模拟方法来确定开井生产时的产气量和稳产时间以及关井时间,难以符合低产低效气田的生产实际。为此,通过理论分析,采用模糊优选方法,给出了模糊目标函数、优选指标及其隶属函数和权数,最后编成程序并在现场进行了验证。通过对某典型井的生产制度调整前后的对比分析,表明模糊优选方法适应苏里格气田低产低效井气井合理生产制度的确定,具有较好的现场应用价值。
In Sulige gas field, due to low permeability, low productivity and severe production decline, intermittent production began soon after production. However, it is impractical to determine initial production rates at each production period, length of each stable production period and shut-in timing by experience or methods usually applied for high-rate producers, such as production index plot, system diagnostic plot and numerical simulation, etc. Therefore, this paper developed a program through identifying the fuzzy object function, optimizing targets, membership function and weightings. After practical application in a typical well, this method has been proven effective to determine production parameters for low rate wells in Sulige gas field.
