摘要
糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)是糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的常见并发症之一,也是视力下降及致盲的主要原因。治疗方法在西医方面主要有药物治疗、激光治疗及手术治疗等;中医主要是运用活血化瘀,疏肝健脾,利水渗湿等方法治疗。作者对中西医治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的概况进行了综述。
Diabetic macular edema（ DME） is a common side effect of diabetic retinopathy（ DR）, which leads to poor visual acuity and blindness. The methods of treatment in clinics include aspects of drug therapy, laser photocoagulation, PPV, removal of the internal limiting membrane and so on; Meanwhile in traditional Chinese medicine contains Huoxue Huayu （活血化瘀）, Shugan Jianpi （疏肝健脾）, Lishui Shenshi（利水渗湿） et al. This article reviewed the clinical entity of diabeticmacular edema （DME） focusing on the current therapeutic strategies for its management.
