摘要
本文首先阐述了企业生产力的定义，分析了企业生产力衡量与企业经济效益评价的区别与联系，指出企业生产力衡量是深入企业内部，排除外部环境影响，寻找改进企业管理突破口的一种手段，简述了国外研究和应用企业生产力衡量与分析的状况，提出了在我国研究和应用企业生产力衡量指标体系、衡量模型和生产力分析方法的主要内容。
The paper elaborates the concept of enterprise productivity, analyses the connections and differences between the measurement of enterprise productivity and the evaluation of enterprise efficiency and tells us that the measurement of enterprise productivity is a method to improve enterprise management. The paper introduces the state that foreign countries study the enterprise productivity and outlines the measurement system, modals, methods, main contents and the problems we should pay attention to.
