摘要
以实际调查结果为依据,针对我国住宅工程质量保险实施中存在的问题进行了分类分析,在此基础上,针对性地提出了完善我国住宅工程质量保险制度的若干建议。
This paper analyses the problems existing in China＇s housing project quality insuranse according to the investigation result. Based on this work, some advice are brought forward about perfecting our country＇s insurance system of housing engineering quality.
