摘要
目的了解低智能因素在精神病司法鉴定中的影响。方法用自制登记表回顾分析286例有智能损害的精神病司法鉴定案例。结果同等程度的智能损害在不同疾病的案由、智力情况、伴发疾病等明显不同。结论有智能损害的不同疾病的司法鉴定,既有共性,也有各自的特点。智能损害是发生作案行为的基础,多种因素可起到触发和限制作用。恶性案件的发生与伴发的精神症状有关。智能损害程度的诊断可能受到被鉴定人及其家人的干扰。
Objective To understand the different influences of poor intellectual factors on judicial appraisal of different mental disorders. Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven cases of mental disorders judicially appraised with mental damage were reviewed using registration made by ourselves. Results Intellectual levels and complications were evidently different in different diseases with the same extent of intellectual damage. Conclusion Judicial appraisals of different diseases with intellectual damage have both generality and respective characters. Intellectual damage is the foundation of the cases which can be triggered and restricted by many factors. The diagnosis of the extent of intellectual damage is possibly disturbed by the appraised persons and their family.
