新型阳离子型絮凝剂聚(N,N-二甲基-N-苄基-N-丙烯酰胺基氯化铵/丙烯酰胺)的合成 被引量:8

摘要 以乙醚为溶剂,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯与氯化苄进行季铵化反应,合成了新型季铵盐阳离子单体N,N-二甲基-N-苄基-N-内烯酰胺基氯化铵(DBAAC);再以DBAAC和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体在水相中进行共聚制备了阳离子型絮凝剂DBAAC/AM共聚物(P(DBAAC/AM));用P(DBAAC/AM)处理高岭土模拟废水,采用正交实验,研究了n(DBAAC):n(AM)、聚合时间、聚合温度、引发剂K_2S_2O_8用量对P(DBAAC/AM)絮凝性能的影响;并以P(DBAAC/AM)为絮凝剂对污泥进行脱水处理。实验结果表明,合成P(DBAAC/AM)的最佳条件为:n(DBAAC):n(AM)=1:6,聚合温度60℃,K_2S_2O_8质量分数0.8%,聚合时间3h;用P(DBAAC/AM)对污泥进行脱水处理时,絮凝效果较好,所形成的絮体颗粒粒径大、沉降速率快;絮凝剂P(DBAAC/AM)的适宜加入量为6.0 mg/L。 A new monomer named quaternary cationic N,N-dimethyl-N-benzyl-N-acrylamide ammonium chloride(DBAAC) was synthesized from N,N-dimethylaminoethyl acrylate and benzyl chloride. Structure of DBAAC was investigated by means of 1H NMR. The copolymer poly (N, N-dimethyl-N-benzyl-N- acrylamide ammonium chloride/acrylamide ) ( P (DBAAC/AM) ) was prepared from DBAAC obtained above and AM by water phase suspension grafting, which was used as flocculant. Effects of polymerization time, ratio between raw materials, polymerization temperature and initiator concentration on flocculation of P(DBAAC/AM) were studied. Optimal conditions of copolymerization are as follows: polymerization temperature 60℃, polymerization time 3 h, n(DBAAC) : n(AM) 1 : 6, and K2S2O8 initiator mass fraction 0. 8%. Relative molecular mass of obtained P(DBAAC/AM) is 4. 77 × 10^7. Structure and properties of P (DBAAC/AM) were investigated by means of FHR and SEM. P (DBAAC/AM) is effective in flocculation of activated sludge. The preferred P(DBAAC/AM) dosage is 6.0 mg/L.
