摘要
通过对一国内某悬索桥的桥面铺装早期开裂的分析,结合现场裂缝检测、钻芯取样试验得出:①利用有限元方法进行悬索桥桥面铺装应力分析,必须考虑荷载作用下U形肋加强处的负弯矩效应,通过实体单元与板单元相结合的方法模拟箱梁与桥面铺装;②钢桥面板U形肋结构参数的最优化设计是防止桥面铺装早期开裂的有效方法.
A suspension bridge in China is taken as an example to investigate the mechanical characteristics of premature damage of long span steel-box-girde-bridge deck pavement. Both the core sampling test, field experiments and a 3-dimensional FE model for the whole bridge are used in the research. As indicated in the analysis, the stress of deck pavement is analyzed. It is necessary to consider the negative bending moment at the "U" girder, and both the 3 D solid element and shell element are used to simulate the sateebbox-girde and the pavement. Besides the optimization design of the "U" girder is an effective means to prevent the premature damage of pavement.
