摘要
以荆门地区芍药叶形半夏的叶片为外植体,分别取不同时间叶片接入不同培养基诱导形成珠芽,然后将珠芽接入不同成苗培养基并在不同培养条件下培养,使其在形成小苗过程中形成小块茎。结果表明:形成珠芽前的叶片在培养基MS+0.5 mg/L IAA+0.8 mg/L 6-BA上诱导形成珠芽的效果较好;珠芽分开后接入培养基MS+0.05 mg/L BA+0.01NAA mg/L中采用每天10 h光照培养可以获得适合于大田栽种的小块茎。
These leaves cut off from the plants in different growth periods were inoculated on different media to form buds. These buds placed onto different media were cultured under different circumstances. The results showed that these leaves cut off from bud - unforming plants and inoculated the media MS + 0.5mg/L IAA +0.8 mg/L 6 -BA can form more buds,and that these buds placed on the media MS +0.05mg/L BA + 0.01NAA mg,/L and cultured under the 10 -hour illumination per day can form tubers.
