海洋放线菌——新活性代谢物的重要来源(英文) 被引量:12

摘要 放线菌是一类产生活性代谢物最多的微生物资源。目前人类认识的活性代谢物有22000余种,其中10100多种由放线菌产生。海洋覆盖了75%的地表面积,为发现新活性化合物和新用途提供了巨大的潜在资源。本文简要评述了海洋放线菌的多样性及其产生的活性物质的种类与功能(包括:酶抑制剂、抗肿瘤化合物、抗菌物质和其他活性代谢物),讨论了新放线菌活性代谢物开发中值得重视的几个问题以及研究前景。 Actinomycetes (actinobacteria) are a kind of microbial resources producing the most of bioactive metabolites. Today known bioactive metabolites are more than 22,000. 10,100 of them are produced by actinomycetes. This review mainly summarized the diversity of marine actinomycetes and their various bioactive metabolites, including enzyme inhibitors, anticancer and antimicrobial compounds. The difficult areas of the study and corresponding solutions, as well as research prospects of the new metabolites discovery from marine actinomycetes are also discussed. metabolites
