64层螺旋CT在冠状动脉搭桥术后的应用价值 被引量:2

The application value of 64-multislice CT in coronary artery bypass grafts

摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在冠状动脉搭桥术后的临床应用价值。方法:采用西门子Somatom Sensation Cardiac64螺旋CT对22例冠脉搭桥术后的患者(共计44根桥血管)进行了扫描,其中11例患者同时进行了冠状动脉造影检查。结果:64层螺旋CT显示22例患者发现44支桥血管,显示率100%。44支桥血管中,33支(75%)通畅、5支(11.4%)闭塞、3支(6.8%)中重度狭窄、3支(6.8%)轻度狭窄。与冠脉造影对照,诊断桥血管明显狭窄及闭塞的敏感性100%,特异性92.9%,阳性预测值87.5%,阴性预测值100%,准确率95.2%。结论:64层螺旋CT是评价桥血管闭塞及狭窄的可靠方法。 Objective: To evaluate the value of 64-multislice CT for assessment of coronary artery bypass grafts(CABG). Methods-22 patients after CABG with 44 bypass grafts were examined with 64-multislice CT, 11 of them were performed with coronary angiography. All grafts were assessed by two observers in consensus. Consensus reading was compared with coronary angiography. Results-22 patients with a total of 44 bypass grafts were investigated by 64-multislice CT. Overall, 44 grafts (100%) were assessable with 64-multishce CT. CT showed that 33 grafts (75 % ) were patent and 5 grafts ( 11.4 % ) were occluded, 3 grafts were highgrade stenoses (6.8 % ). The assessment of stenosis or occlusion of bypass grafts resulted in a sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 92.9%, and positive and negative predictive values of 87.5% and of 100%, respectively. Conclusion:64-slice CT is a reliable method for the assessment of bypass graft patency and stenoses.
