摘要 从教学和科研的关系的角度出发,论述了科研对教学的促进作用.科学研究可以促进教学内容的更新,有利于培养学生的创新能力和精神,激发学生主动学习的兴趣,使学生进行研究性学习,从而达到培养个性化人才的目的.同时从培养青年教师科研能力、协调科研和教学的时间、改革课程体系和本科生介入科学研究的时机和切入点4个方面对科研促进教学的机制进行了探讨. This paper focuses on the relationship between scientific research and teaching, and discusses the promoting effect of scientific research on teaching. Scientific research can promote renewal of teaching contents, train the courage and ability of students, and inspire the interest of a student to study on their own initiative and to learn in the way of research. Scientific research is also helpful to train talents with individuation. Furthermore, this paper discusses the promoting mechanism of scientific research for teaching from th'e aspects of training the scientific research ability of a young teacher, harmonizing the time spent in scientific research and teaching, reforming the curriculum system, and provides the opportunity for undergraduate students to take part in scientific research.
