摘要
越来越多的研究表明,药用、食用菌β-葡聚糖具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒以及提高免疫力等多种药用价值,对药用、食用菌的研究日益深入。β-葡聚糖的快速、准确测定,是进一步深入研究的基础。对-β葡聚糖的构效关系和测定方法,荧光法、酶法、蛋白特异识别法(鲎因子G、Dectin-1)等做相关介绍。
Recently, more and more researches showed that β-glucan in edible and medicinal mushroom could antitumor, antivirus and activated immunity system. Going deep study into β-glucan based quantificational method quickly and precision. There are relations of the structure and function, fluorescence method, enzyme method and special recognize （Limulus factor G, Dectin-1 ） quantificational method.
