摘要
目的：根据挥发油的含量和油中主成分，确定细辛根的最佳采收期。方法：用药典规定的方法测定北细辛根及根茎的不同样品中挥发油的总含量，用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析其挥发油的成分。结果：测定不同生长年限及不同采集时间的上述植物根及根茎的样品，得到这些根及根茎样品的总挥发油含量和油中9种主成分的相对含量。结论：4年生以上的北细辛报及根茎可作药用。最佳采收期为4月、5月和9月。
Objective:To fix the optimum collecting peroid of Asarum roots according to the content and mainconstituents of the volatile oil. Methods: With the different samples of Asarum heterotropode var.mandshuricum subterranean part, the content of the total voatile oil was determined by the method definedin the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the constituents of the voatile oil were analysed by GC-MS-DC (method).Results: The voatile oil of the subterranean part samples aged differently and collected in different period ofthe above plant were determined, and the data of the content of the total volatile oil and the relative content ofnine main constituentS in the oil of these subterranean part sapmles were obtained. Conclusion: Roots andrhizomes of Asarvm heterotropoides var. mandshuricum which have grown for over four years can be used asdrugs. The optimum collecting time is april, may and september.
