摘要 组建了基于PXI的发动机测试与故障检测系统(TFDS),在LabWindows/CVI下实现了多通道、多类型数据的同步实时采集、存储和故障检测。通过历史试车数据回放和实际发动机试车验证表明,TFDS数据采集结果准确,并能够实时有效检测发动机故障并报警,硬件组建方便快捷、软件编程简单易懂,可扩展性和可移植性很强。 A liquid rocket engine test and fault detection system (TFDS) is organized based on the PXI, the real-time acquisition, storage and fault detection of multi-channels, multi-types data are realized in LabWindows/CVI. The history tests data simulation and practical engine ground tests prove that TFDS can carry through data acquisition correctly, at the same time can detect the engine failure effectively and give an alarm timely, and the hardware configuration is fast and convenient, the software program is simple and pellucid, the expansibility and migration are strong.
