摘要
目的了解坑道空气污染状况及其危害,观察二氧化氯(ClO2)对坑道空气的消毒效果。方法用撞击法和沉降法监测ClO2消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数,计算杀菌效果。结果10mg/m3消毒剂量作用30min,撞击法及沉降法监测细菌总数消亡率为94.6%和93.5%;真菌数消亡率为92.1%和89.6%。5mg/m3消毒剂量用两种方法监测细菌总数及真菌数消亡率为69.5%~73.3%。结论用活化后ClO21000mg/L浓度,10ml/m3对坑道空气喷雾消毒,作用30min杀菌效果好。
Objective To study the air microorganism contamination in tunnel, and to observe the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide. Methods The total air bacterial and fungal counts were monitored before and after using chlorine dioxide by the method of knock - on and settling process. The effect of sterilization was evaluated. Results When sterilized in 10 mg/m^3 for 30 minutes the dissolution ratio of total bacterial count was 94.6 % by method of knock - on and 93.5 % by method of settling process, while the dissolution ratio of fungal count was 92.1% by method of knock- on and 89.6 % by method of settling process. When sterilized in 5 mg/m^3 the dissolution ratios of total bacterial count and fungal were 69.5 % and 73.3 %. Conclusions The effectiveness of air disinfection in the tunnel is valid when use activated 1,000 mg/L chlorine dioxide in a final concentration of 10 ml/m^3.
