摘要
[目的]探讨硫酸镁湿敷对静脉留置针留置时间的影响以及硫酸镁湿敷在预防静脉炎、减轻患者痛苦方面的作用效果,指导临床实践。[方法]采用自行设计并经预实验校正量表对临床外科实验组与对照组各60例(均使用美国BD公司生产的INTIMA—Y型静脉留置针的患者)进行一般问卷调查,并进行留置时间观察和依据美国静脉输液护理学会所规定的静脉炎判断标准评估静脉炎发生情况。[结果]硫酸镁冷湿敷具有明显延长留置针留置时间及预防静脉炎发生的作用。实验组好于对照组,P﹤0.01。[结论]提倡临床上应用硫酸镁湿敷,以预防静脉炎的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,延长应用时间,减轻患者经济负担。
[Objective] To explore the influence of magnesium sulfate wet packing to the duration of indwelling the needie into veins, and the effect of preventing phlebitis, redueing the pain of patients, and to guide the clinical practice. [ Methods] 60 surgical patients arid 60 controls （ All the patients had used INTIMA- Ⅱ venous indwelling needle made by BD company of the United State） the were investigated with self-designed questionnaires which had been revised by preliminary experiment. The time of indwelling were observed and the phlebitis were evaluated according to the American Intravenous Transfusion Nursing Association on phlebitis. [ Results ] Magnesium sulfate wet packing can obviously prolong the time of indwelling and prevent phlebitis. The experimental group were significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion] It is necessary to advocate the application of magnesium sulfate in clinic so as to prevent phlebitis, reduce the pain of patients, prolong the time of indwelling and reduce the eeonondc burden of patients.
