摘要
目的:研究临床护理路径应用于基层医院腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的实施效果。方法:把须行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者按入院先后顺序分为两组进行对照研究,对照组89例实施传统的治疗和护理,研究组89例实施临床护理路径。结果:研究组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于基层医院腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者,能降低住院费用,减少住院时间,提高健康教育的效果和患者满意度,可以在基层医院推广应用。
Objective：To study the outcome by applying clinical nursing pathway on grass-roots hospital patients with laparoseopic appendiceetomy . Methods：There were two groups in grass-roots hospital patients with laparoscopic appen-dicectomy to control study.There were 89 cases in each group.Traditional treatment was applied in control group.Clinical nursing pathway was applied in experimental group. Results：The average level of length stay and total expense of experimental group were lower （P〈0.05）,and got more knowledge.The satisfaction rate is higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical nursing pathway guaranteed the quality of medical and nursing pathway guaranteed the quality of medicaland nursing care.It＇s worth to widely use in grass-roots hospitals.
