摘要
目的:研究并建立同时测定水产品中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留量的固相萃取-毛细管电子捕获气相色谱法(GC-ECD)。方法:以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)和南美白对虾(Penaeus Vannamei)为实验材料。水产品中的待测物经乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂,C18柱和氧化铝柱净化后进样分析。结果:本方法中三种菊酯的混合标准溶液在1.0-500.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,三种菊酯加标水平为0.2-10.0μg/kg时,平均回收率在78.5%-100.8%之间,相对标准偏差为3.1%-9.4%,三种菊酯的最低检出限均为0.2μg/kg。结论:本方法灵敏度高,检出限量低,样品前处理简单且杂质干扰少,适用性较强,适合水产品中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯低残留的检测要求。本方法也可为动物源食品中拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的检测提供参考。
Objectives: Solid phase extraction and gas chromatography with electron capture detection method was developed for determining the residues of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Penaeus Vannamei. Methods: The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, defatted by hexane and through passed ENVI -18 column and AL- N column. Then the samples were ready for determination. Results: The results showed that this method had a good linearity and repeatability when the concentration of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin were 1.0 - 500.0μg/L. The average recoveries of 3 pyrethroids were 78.5% - 100.8%, the spiked concentration of which were 0.2 - 10.0μg/kg. The relative standard deviations were 3.1% -9.4% ( n = 5). All the detection limits of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin were 0.2μg/kg. Conclusions: This method is suitable for detecting cypermethrin, fenvalerate and dehamethrin residues in fish for its high sensitivity, low limit, simple sample treatment, low impurity interference and general applicability. It also offers a determination method for detecting pyrethroids residues in animal source food.
