转移抑制基因KAI 1的研究新进展 被引量：2

摘要 KAI1/CD82是近年来发现并分离出的一个新的广谱肿瘤转移抑制基因,是跨膜4超家族(transmembrane4super-family,TM48F)成员之一。KAI1/CD82主要通过抑制癌细胞运动和侵袭力从而抑制肿瘤的转移。在富集四穿膜区蛋白(tet-raspanin,为TM4SF家族成员)的微小区域里,KAI1/CD82可以联合细胞黏附分子、生长因子、信号分子等与细胞迁移相关的重要蛋白质,并且通过下调这些蛋白质的功能从而抑制肿瘤细胞的转移。KAI1/CD82在浸润和转移性肿瘤的表达下调可能涉及到NFκB、p53、β-catenin等转录因子的复杂的基因外机制。本文就KAI1/CD82基因的特征、抑制肿瘤浸润和转移的机制作一系统综述。
