摘要
随着多糖应用的日益广泛,低分子多糖的应用也越来越受到重视。文章对降解多糖的主要方法进行了综述,内容包括化学降解法、物理降解法和生物降解法。根据不同的需要选择适当的降解方法,才能有效的制备低分子量多糖,使多糖类物质得到更广泛的应用。
With the use of polysaccharides becoming more and more popular, people are attaching importance to the use of low - molecular - weight polysaccharides. The paper summarized the method of degredation of polysaccharides, it includes chemistry degradate method, physics degradate method and biological degradate method. For widely use of polysaccharides, we can choose proper method, according to different need, to produce polysaccharides effectively.
