摘要
不少学者认为CEPA应借鉴CAFTA的争端解决机制。本文认为,CEPA现行的争端解决机制符合CEPA的特性,不应借鉴CAFTA的争端解决机制。
Many scholars argue that dispute settlement mechanism of CEPA should learn from that of CAFTA. This article holds that the dispute settlement mechanism of CEPA is consistent with the nature of CEPA and should not learn from that of CAFTA.
