摘要
首先阐述科学发展的基本动力和直接动力,认为实践是认识的基础,同时又要注重认识的辩证发展,要重视基础研究和科学理论在推动科学发展中的重要作用及其在一定条件下的决定作用。发现和解决认识运动、科学领域中的内部矛盾(须知与未知的矛盾,从而提出命题、构想、猜想等)是推动科学发展的关键。然后进一步理论联系实际,分析"任务带学科"一方面具有推动科学发展的重要作用,另一方面它忽视基础研究,忽视理论思维和科学理论的指导作用。理论上它没有全面正确反映推动科学发展的各种因素及其相互作用,实践上它不符合党和国家现行的科学技术政策,不利于我国经济地理学基础研究的顺利发展,成为我国经济地理学理论方法长期落后的重要原因,因而对"任务带学科"展开讨论具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
This paper first describes the basic power and direct power of science development, that practice is the basis for knowledge, while focus must be put on on the dialectical development of knowledge. Attention should be paid to the important role of basic research and scientific theories in promoting scientific development and its decisive influence under certain conditions. Discovering and solving interior antinomy in cognition movement and science field is the key to promote developing science. Then this paper links theory with practice further, at one hand, "task promoting subject development" plays important role in science development, the other hand it ignores basic research, neglects guide - effect of theoretical thinking and scientific theories. Theoretically it does not correctly reflects various factors that boost the science development, in practice it does not accord with the party and state current science and technology policy, it is not conducive to the smooth development of Chinese economic geography basic research, which becomes one of the important reasons to slow down Chinese economic geography theory development in long - term. So it has important theoretical and practical significance to discuss the issue "task promoting subject development".
