摘要
20世纪80年代以来,英国开始对传统的"大学主导型"教育实习模式进行改革,实行"以中小学为基地"的教育实习新模式,教育专业理论与实践活动交互出现,课程安排强调大学与中小学合作,以利于理论与实践的整合。探讨和分析英国"以中小学为基地"教育实习模式的产生背景与特点,对我国教育实习的改革与发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
Since the 1980s,the UK has begun reforming and implementing a new school-based teaching practice the traditional university-leading teaching practice model pattern,which focuses that educational specialized theory and practice alternately appear,curriculum arrangements emphasize the cooperation of university,elementary and middle schools so as to bridge the theory and practice. Discussing and analyzing the background and characteristics of the school-based teaching practice pattern in the UK can provide some reference for the reform and development of the teaching practice of student teachers in our country.
