摘要
为解决大斜度井和水平井的携砂问题,避免对储集层的污染和损害,研制开发和推广应用了PRD钻井液体系和配套技术,通过快速形成弱凝胶结构,获得独特的流变性,满足水平井的悬浮携砂能力和井眼清洁要求,减少钻井液对井壁的冲蚀,同时有效地阻止固、液相侵入储层,起到稳定井壁、保护储集层的作用。PRD钻井液体系和配套技术在海洋和陆地油气田开发中得到了广泛应用,使用"PRD无黏土相水基钻井液体系"的不同地区的水平井均达到井下安全、满足优快工程作业需要,投产产能均达到或超过ODP配产要求,工程作业时间缩短15%~52%。现场应用证明PRD钻井液是一种适用于大斜度井和水平井的钻井液体系。
To solve the sand carrying problem of highly deviated well and horizontal well and avoid the pollution and damage for reservoirs better,China National Offshore Oilfield Service Company Limited researched and applied the PRD drilling-in fluid system and matching technology.By forming weak gel structure rapidly to obtain the special rheological property,the requirements of suspended sand carrying ability and borehole cleaning for horizontal well are met.Then the erosion of drilling fluid to the sidewall is reduced.Meanwhile,solid-liquid intruding into reservoirs is stopped effectively.Therefore,the role of stabilizing sidewall and protecting reservoirs are played.The PRD drilling-in fluid system and matching technology are applied successfully and widely in the development of marine and terrestrial oil and gas field.The application of PRD bentonite free and water based drilling-in fluid system for horizontal well in different area achieves downhole safety and meets the optimal and fast operation need.As a result,all the commissioning productivity reaches or exceeds the ODP distribution requirements,and the project operation time shortens 15%-20%.The field application proves that the PRD drilling-in fluid is an excellent drilling-in fluid for highly deviated well and horizontal well.
