摘要
图书馆知识转移环境是图书馆成功完成其知识转移任务的基础。本文从知识转移的要素入手,对图书馆知识转移环境的构建,从知识库和转移通道建设、馆员和用户培训等角度进行了分析。
Knowledge - transferring environment is the basis for the library to accomplish its task of transferring knowledge efficiently. This article discusses the knowledge warehouse and transferring channel building, librarian and users education in knowledge transferring.
