^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗肺部恶性肿瘤的护理

摘要 目的总结应用125I粒子植入治疗肺部恶性肿瘤的护理方法。方法应用CT导向125I粒子植入治疗肺部恶性肿瘤,同时配合做好术前准备、放射性的防护及并发症的护理。结果3例出现气胸,肺压缩30%以内,经保守治疗好转;2例出现痰中带血;5例术后出现一过性的发热;未发生白细胞异常。结论125I粒子植入治疗对正常组织损伤小而对肿瘤组织杀伤力大,精确性高,毒副作用小。
