摘要
介绍了广东珠海天然气液化项目中利用MDEA混合胺法进行天然气深度脱碳的工艺。在分析MDEA醇胺溶剂与CO2的反应原理以及珠海天然气液化厂气源特点的基础上,确定了脱碳工艺和脱碳流程,并对溶剂配比、塔型选择以及堰高、吸收塔操作温度、再生蒸气流率和胺液循环量等重要工艺参数进行了优化比选。
CO_2,removal process of natural gas with MDEA-based solvent was introduced in this paper in Zhuhai natural gas liquefaction(NGL) project in Guangdong province.After analyzing the character of the gas source and the reaction mechanism between MDEA and CO_2,the CO_2,removal process and flow diagram are selected.Then the key parameters such as amine concentration,tower type,weir height,operating temperature,hot steam flowrate for regeneration and recycle amine flow rate are optimized and select-ed.
