摘要
在分析解耦型液压伺服肩关节结构特点的基础上,运用虚拟设计方法对关节进行设计和分析。利用Pro/Engineer软件对关节进行三维实体造型,建立关节虚拟样机;在Pro/Animation环境中实现关节的装配过程仿真;运用MDX(Mechanism Design Extension)模块,完成关节的运动学分析,为关节设计方案的评估和关节样机的加工制造奠定基础。
On the basis of analysing the structural characteristics of the motion-decoupling hydraulic servo shoulder joint, virtual design method is used to design and analyse the joint. Pro/Engineer software is used to establish the 3D model of the joint. Assembly process simulation is done in Pro/Animation environment and kinematic analyse is completed in MDX( Mechanism Design Extension) model of Pro/E. All these lay a solid foundation for the evaluation of the design process as well as the manufacturing of the joint.
