摘要
住宅区的品质不只体现在住宅楼形象和户型本身,居住区的环境设计日益成为衡量楼盘品质的最直接的条件。相比其他城市绿地,居住区的景观设计与人的日常生活联系更加紧密,而景观的细部处理往往是设计成败的关键,除了通常意义上的细节处理外,如何使住宅区更有自己的性格特质,是最能体现设计师用心与否的关键,而当地的文化传统往往是设计师的灵感源泉。充分挖掘历史,赋予其新的形式,从而使文脉得以延续,使历史文化更具生命力,金都华府项目以"人文住宅"为设计理念,在高密度的建筑群中继承传统,创造出符合现代城市人生活习惯的优质生活环境上,做了初步的尝试。
The quality of residential area is not only reflected in building image and layout, and the environmental design increasingly becomes the most direct factor to judge the quality of the whole project. Compared with other urban green space, the residential landscape design are more closely linked with people＇s daily life, and the treatment of landscape details are often the key to success. In addition to the treatment of details in the usual sense, it is very important for the designers to enable the residential area to acquire its own specific features, and the local culture and traditions are often the source of inspiration for designers. With full understanding of the history and giving them new forms to continue the cultural traditions and vitalize the historical cultures, the design idea of human residence is adopted for the Jinduhuafu project. A preliminary attempt of creating a high-quality living environment suitable for the modern urban lifestyle in the high-density complex while carrying forward the tradition is made.
