摘要
提出了一种多面体的DEXEL化算法,建立了一种多面体的三向DEXEL模型。在同一三向DEXEL模型空间,对不同多面体的三向DEXEL模型实现并、交、差布尔运算。根据三向DEXEL模型的层状结构特点,将三向DEXEL模型用于快速原型系统过程仿真。通过一个大体素,模拟快速原型设备激光头的一次移动过程,通过零件一层内所有激光头的移动形成零件的一层,再通过层层堆叠的方式形成整个零件。在Java 2.0与Java 3D环境下编程,实现并验证了所有算法,并给出了一个零件的快速原型过程仿真实例。
A DEXEL-oriented algorithm of polyhedrons was proposed and a three direction DEXEL model was constructed. Within the same three direction DEXEL space, for three direction DEXEL models of different polyhedrons, Boolean operations such as union, intersection, and subtraction were implemented. By its layer characteristics, the three direction DEXEL model was used in Rapid Prototyping (RP) simulation. By a big VOXEL, one motion of the laser head was simulated. By simulating all motions of the laser head in one layer, one layer of a part was formed. By layer after layer, the whole part was produced. Under Java 2.0 and Java 3D, these algorithms were tested and an RP simulation example was provided.
