摘要
根据头孢氨苄在近中性的溶液中能与Au(Ⅲ)发生配合反应生成荧光物质(λex=355nm,入em=438nm),建立了用荧光分光光度法测定头孢氨苄的新方法。在所选定的最佳条件下,头孢氨苄的浓度在0.4~20mg·L^-1范围内与体系荧光强度成良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.14mg·L^-1。
Cephalexin, a nonfluorescent substance, is transformed into a highly fluorescent compound (λex = 355 nm, λem =438 nm)with metal ions Au( Ⅲ ) in pH(7.0 -7.2) buffer medium. Thus,a photochemical-fluorimetric method for the determination of Cephalexin was developed with a detection limit of 0.14 mg · L^- 1. The linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of Cephalexin is over the range of 0.4 - 20 mg · L^-1 .
