摘要
以聚乙烯醇为主要原料,采用化学改性的方法成功制备了A型铸造粘合剂。研究了甲醛、双氧水和交联剂对铸件性能的影响。结果表明,该粘合剂完全能满足铸造生产,其性能优于合脂油,是节能环保型产品。该粘合剂最大特点是能回用旧砂,回用的比例可达50%。
A A-type casting adhesive based on PVA as mian material has been prepared by chemical modification.The influences of formaldehyde ,hydrogen peroxide and crosslinker on mechanical properties were investigated. The result shows that the A-type casting adhesive which is energy Conservation and environmental protection product is superior to the synthesized stear oil. It can meet the need of casting production completely. The best characteristic can be used in the complexed sand containing 50% old sand.
