摘要
目的观察紫龙金片对非小细胞肺癌的疗效及增效解毒作用。方法将63例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组:治疗组采用紫龙金片+化疗,对照组采用化疗+安慰剂。按实体瘤治疗标准进行疗效分析,评定其症状、生活质量、免疫功能的变化等。结果治疗组32例临床症状改善率、病灶缓解率、生活质量改善及免疫力增强情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论紫龙金片配合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效肯定,其抗癌作用与提高机体的免疫功能有关。
Objective It is to observe curative effect of Zilongjin tablets combined with chemotherapy and its synergism and detoxication on non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 63 patients with non small cell lung cancer in middle or advanced stage were randomle divided into 2 groups. Treatment group were treated with Zilongjin tablets and chemotherapy, and the control group with chemotherapy and placebo. According to the clinical effect standard of solid tumor, the curative effects were analyzed and the changes in improvement of symptoms, immunity and life quality were evaluated. Results In the treatment group（32 cases）, improvement rate of symptom, focal remission rate, improvement of life quality and immunologic function were better than those in control qroup （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Zilongjin tablets combined with chemotherapy has a confirmed clinical effect on the intermediate and late NSCLC. Its antitumor function is related with strengthening the immunologic actions.
