典型印刷机构三维数字化装配工艺技术探讨

A Discussion on the 3D Digital Assembly Process Technology Oriented to the Typical Printer Mechanism

摘要 在分析传统装配工艺设计方法存在不足的基础上,结合面向装配的设计技术和数字化预装配技术,提出了三维数字化装配工艺系统的功能结构,探讨了装配建模、装配工艺规划等关键技术的实现,最后给出了作者开发的"典型印刷机构三维数字化装配工艺系统"的应用实例。 On the basis of the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional assembly process design method, combined with design for assembly (DFA) technology and digital assembly technology, the function structure of 3D digital assembly process system is put forward; and the key technologies are discussed, including assembly modeling, assembly process planning etc. Finally, examples of the application of the developed system in printer mechanism are provided.
