摘要
根据化工环评工作的具体特点,对化工建设项目清洁生产分析的必要性和存在问题、评价思路和评价重点以及评价分析方法作了一些粗浅的探讨,认为化工建设项目的清洁生产分析可采用清洁生产审核的基本思路,在工程分析、影响预测、污染防治措施及环境监测与管理等各阶段工作中予以强化,项目清洁生产水平分析可采用定性与定量相结合的评价方法。
According to the characteristic of environment impact assessment of chemical industry, this paper elementarily analyzes the necessity, existing problems and evaluating method and keystone of the cleansing production of chemical construction project. In order to analyze it, the basic idea of cleansing production auditing could be adopted and enhanced in different work stages of environmental impact assessment, including engineering analysis, influence / forecast, measures for pollution prevention and environmental monitoring and supervising. The level of cleansing production could be analyzed by both qualitative and quantitative methods.
