摘要
评述了少齿差内齿行星齿轮传动的研究现状、存在的问题和将来的研究方向。作为一种新型的齿轮传动机构,内齿行星齿轮减速器具有其自身的许多优点,但对其动力学性能的研究还不成熟。因此,需要在以下几个方面开展研究工作:符合实际的动力学特性研究、不平衡质量引起的动载问题、加工误差对其性能的影响等。
We review the existing problems, the present and future of the research on inner planetary gears with small tooth number differences. As a new type of gear transmission, the inner planetary gear decelerator has many strong points, but the study of its dynamic characteristics lags behind. Therefore it is necessary to do research in the following areas： dynamic characteristics, dynamic load caused by unbalance mass and influence of machining errors on the performance of the inner planetary gears .
