摘要
基于可编程逻辑控制器、伺服驱动和变频调速等技术,开发5个电机独立传动各运动机构的数字化小样细纱机,可纺棉型、麻型纱线,还可纺竹节纱.本文重点介绍细纱机的锭子、罗拉和钢领板的机械传动方案,分析了控制系统中的钢领板升降参数、竹节纱参数、牵伸、卷绕成形和纺纱张力问题.
Based on PLC, servo drive, and frequency control technology etc, a new digital spinning frame is developed which mechanism is separately transmitted by five motors, and can be used to spin cotton yarn, hemp yarn and slubby yarn. The transmission schemes of spindle, roller and ring rail are introduced, and ring tail parameters, slubby yarn parameters, the problems of drafting, winding shaping and spinning tension of the control system are analyzed.
