摘要
随着教师专业化运动的兴起,反思逐步作为一项基本原则受到世界各国教育界的重视。我国也将反思性教学作为一项新的必备技能纳入到教师培养的进程中来。但是只对在职教师进行相关的要求和培养是无法满足新时代对于反思型教师的需求的,只有同时在未来教师培养模式中纳入反思性教学能力的培养,才能从源头上解决教师在反思意识与能力方面存在的障碍,缩短教师成长的周期。本文依托于《现代教育技术》师范类公共课,对未来教师的反思意识与能力进行了相关的调查和分析,并据此提出了反思型教师培养的思路与建议。
With the rising of the teacher specialization movement,reflexivity is being taken seriously by the educational circles of all the countries in the world step by step.Our country also brings such teaching into the course to cultivate a teacher's professional ability.But carrying out the training to the incumbent teachers has no way to satisfy the need of the new era for reflexive teachers.Only when the reflexive culture is also brought into the cultivating pattern of the future teachers' ability can related problems be resolved from the very beginning and the period to develop a mature teacher be shorten too.The article investigates and analyzes the reflexive consciousness and ability of the future teachers,and accordingly proposes the way to cultivate these teachers.
