神经套管技术在修复外周神经中的应用现状及进展 被引量:3

摘要 周围神经受到损伤是临床工作中经常遇到的疾病,会导致感觉的丧失和运动功能障碍。由于神经细胞不分裂,其生长没有穿透力,使其在体内的再生非常困难。当前修复神经缺损的诸多方法中,因神经套管技术可避免牺牲自体神经及吻合时造成的神经再损伤而受到学者们的广泛关注,成为近几十年来外周神经修复中的一个热点。本文就套管材料的选择,影响神经再生的因素及临床应用情况等方面进行综述。
