摘要
高强度烘烤强化(BH)钢是汽车覆盖件用的高强度钢板。本文通过试验对汽车用高强度钢板B180H1的力学性能、成形性能、烘烤硬化性能和抗凹陷性能进行了全面的研究,并与DC04钢板的各项性能进行了比较。使用NADDRG模型对B180H1钢的成形极限进行了预测。试验结果表明,与DC04钢相比,B180H1钢的屈服强度提高了40.8%,抗拉强度提高了18.4%,延伸率下降了15.6%,且B180H1的塑性应变比和应变硬化指数也高于DC04钢。这说明B180H1的力学性能优于DC04,成形性能不低于DC04,且B180H1的烘烤硬化性能及抗凹陷性能方面均优于DC04。
High strength baked-hardening (BH) steel is a high strength steel for auto-panel. The mechanical property, forming ability, baked-hardening and dent resistance properties of high strength steel B180H1 were studied by experiments compared with those of steel DC04, and theoretical research on predicting the forming limit of steel B180H1 by the NADDRG model was made. The experimental results reveal that the yield strength of steel B180H1 is about 40.8% higher than that of DC04, and the break strength increases by 18.4%, while the elongation decreases by 15.6%. The plastic strain ratio and strain hardening exponent of steel B180H1 are superior to those of DC04. The results show that mechanical property of high strength steel B180H1 is better than that of DC04, while forming ability of B180H1 is not lower than that of DC04. The baked-hardening and dent resistance properties of steel B180H1 are better than those of DC04.
