摘要
介绍时间频率测量新的概念——调制域分析,调制域分析技术的研究起因于如何描述被测频率的变化。着重分析调制域测频的方法,给出实现调制域测频的系统框图,阐述了调制域测试的关键技术:零空载时间计数器(Zero-Dead-Time,ZDT)和内插技术,介绍了游标内插法。调制域的引入使得在时域和频域中难以描述的信号参数和信号特性可以在调制域中方便地表达出来。
AThis article introduces the new concept of the time frequency measurement ——the modulation domain analysis. The research of it caused by all the methods to describe the changes of measure frequency in modulation domain. It analyzes emphatically the method to measure frequency in modulation domain and gives the system block diagram to perform the meth- od. It explains keY technique of modulation domain ,zero dead time counter and the interpolation technique. It also describes the method of cursor interpolation. The research of modulation domain analysis attributed to how to describe the change of measure frequency. Thus~ the introduction of modulation domain has made it possible to explain many parameters and characteristics of signal,which can hardly be expressed in time and frequency interval.
