培养法检测嗜酸乳杆菌对幽门螺杆菌的拮抗作用 被引量:2

Detection of inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus on Helicobacter pylori with cultivation in vitro

摘要 目的:检测嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的抑制作用。方法:采用固体培养法将Hp分为Hp临床分离菌株组、Hp标准菌株组、培养基对照组及10 g.L-1乳酸组,分别测定嗜酸乳杆菌上清液对各组Hp作用的抑菌环大小;液体培养法中,分别计数不同时间嗜酸乳杆菌与Hp单纯培养及混合培养菌落数。结果:嗜酸乳杆菌上清液对Hp临床分离株及标准菌株生长的抑菌环直径分别为(2.35±0.05)cm和(2.45±0.05)cm,与10 g.L-1乳酸组抑菌环[(1.40±0.15)cm]比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);液体培养基混合培养12、24、48和72 h时Hp细菌数分别为(3.67±0.07)×104、(3.48±0.18)×103、(1.70±0.56)×102和0 CFU.mL-1,与Hp单纯培养比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:嗜酸乳杆菌在固体及液体培养中均可拮抗Hp的生长。
