摘要
血液病理学测定表明，患病赤点石斑鱼Epinephelusakaara组列的血红蛋白平均值约5.49g．（100ml）－1，颗粒白细胞平均值为48．09％，单核细胞平均值为2．82％，健康鱼组列的血红蛋白平均值为7.26g·（100ml）－1，颗粒白细胞平均值为31.33％，单核细胞平均值为0．11％，两组列间有明显差异（p＜0．05）。患病石斑鱼出现较多星个体小、膜薄易破、难着色的异形红细胞；颗粒白细胞的核分叶较多，病鱼表现出严重贫血症状。
This paper deals with the hematopathological studies in proliferative kidneydisease in red grouper, Epinephelus akaara T.& S. The results showed that the meanvalue of hemoglobin, granulocytic percentage and monocytic percentage of leukocytesin infected fishes were 5.49g. (l00ml) - 1, 3l.33% and 2.82% respectively, while inthe control group these values were 7.26g. (l0Oml) - 1, 3l.33% and O.l l% respectively.Significant differences were found between these tWo groups of fishes (p < O.05). Itwas observed in the infected fishes, that heteroerythrocytes with the chameters ofsmall size, thin and breakable cell membrance as well uneasily staning were in largeamounts, and the granulo - cytes were more nuclueslobed. These results showed thatserious anemia occurs in infected fishes.
